TIM Congress Center Concept Project | Modern Congress and Conference Hall Design
TIM Congress Center Concept Project Solid Mimarlık olarak, Türkiye İhracatçılar Meclisi Yenibosna Yerleşkesi için geliştirdiğimiz TİM Kongre Merkezi Konsept Projesi kapsamında; çağdaş mimari yaklaşımı, işlevsel mekân planlamasını ve güçlü bir kurumsal kimliği bir araya getiren kapsamlı bir kongre ve etkinlik merkezi tasarımı oluşturduk. Projenin temel hedefi; konferans, kongre, toplantı, kurumsal etkinlik ve farklı organizasyon senaryolarına cevap verebilen, yüksek kapasiteli ve gerektiğinde farklı kullanımlara adapte olabilen çağdaş bir mekân kurgusu geliştirmek oldu. Modern ve Esnek Bir Kongre Merkezi Tasarımı Kongre merkezleri, çok sayıda kullanıcının aynı anda bulunduğu ve farklı etkinlik senaryolarının bir arada değerlendirilmesi gereken yapılardır. Bu nedenle projede estetik yaklaşım kadar fonksiyon, sirkülasyon, görüş açıları, sahne kullanımı, akustik, aydınlatma ve kullanıcı konforu tasarımın temel bileşenleri olarak ele alındı. Ana salon; geniş katılımlı kongre ve konferans organizasyonlarına uygun oturma düzeni, büyük ölçekli sahne, dijital ekranlar ve profesyonel etkinlik altyapısıyla bütüncül bir mekân olarak tasarlandı. Tavan tasarımında kullanılan ritmik ve modüler elemanlar, salonun mimari karakterini belirleyen önemli unsurlardan biri olurken; aydınlatma senaryoları ile mekânın farklı etkinliklerde farklı atmosferlere dönüşebilmesi hedeflendi. Kongre, Konferans ve Kurumsal Etkinliklere Uygun Mekânsal Kurgu Projenin önemli özelliklerinden biri, salonların yalnızca tek bir kullanım biçimine göre tasarlanmaması oldu. Konferans düzeninden gala ve yemek organizasyonlarına, kurumsal toplantılardan geniş katılımlı etkinliklere kadar farklı kullanım senaryoları düşünülerek esnek bir iç mimari kurgu geliştirildi. Hareketli bölücü sistemler ve farklı oturma düzenleri sayesinde mekânların kapasite ve kullanım biçimlerinin organizasyon ihtiyaçlarına göre değiştirilebilmesi amaçlandı. Böylece kongre merkezi, yalnızca büyük organizasyonlara değil, farklı ölçeklerdeki etkinliklere de cevap verebilecek çok amaçlı bir yapıya dönüştürüldü. Kurumsal Kimlik ve İç Mimari TİM'in kurumsal kimliği, projede yalnızca logo ve grafik uygulamalarla değil, mekânın genel tasarım diliyle bütünleşecek şekilde ele alındı. Ana salon içerisindeki büyük ölçekli dijital ekranlar, sahne tasarımı, yönlendirme elemanları, özel aydınlatmalar ve mimari yüzeyler birlikte değerlendirilerek güçlü ve prestijli bir kurumsal etkinlik alanı oluşturulması hedeflendi. Malzeme ve renk seçimlerinde ise mekânın büyük ölçeğini dengelerken kullanıcıya sıcaklık ve konfor hissi verecek yüzeyler tercih edildi. Teknoloji, Aydınlatma ve Sahne Tasarımı Günümüzde modern bir kongre merkezi yalnızca mimari bir yapı değil, aynı zamanda güçlü bir teknolojik altyapıya sahip profesyonel bir etkinlik platformudur. Bu nedenle TİM Kongre Merkezi konseptinde; sahne aydınlatmaları, büyük format LED ekranlar, ses sistemleri, dijital içerik alanları ve farklı etkinliklere uyarlanabilen aydınlatma senaryoları mimari tasarımın bir parçası olarak değerlendirildi. Teknik ekipmanların mimari içerisinde mümkün olduğunca bütünleşik ve düzenli görünmesi, salonun hem etkinlik sırasında hem de kullanılmadığı zamanlarda güçlü bir mimari kimliğe sahip olmasını sağlıyor. TIM Congress Center Concept Project
As Solid Architecture, within the scope of the TİM Congress Center Concept Project we developed for the Yenibosna Campus of the Turkish Exporters' Council, we created a comprehensive congress and events center design that combines a contemporary architectural approach, functional spatial planning, and a strong corporate identity.
The main objective of the project was to develop a contemporary venue that can accommodate conferences, congresses, meetings, corporate events, and various other organizational scenarios, while also being high-capacity and adaptable to different uses as needed.
A Modern and Flexible Convention Center Design
Convention centers are structures where a large number of users are present simultaneously, and different event scenarios need to be considered together. Therefore, in this project, functionality, circulation, viewing angles, stage usage, acoustics, lighting, and user comfort were considered as fundamental components of the design, as well as the aesthetic approach.
The main hall was designed as a comprehensive venue with seating arrangements suitable for large-scale congresses and conferences, a large-scale stage, digital screens, and professional event infrastructure.
The rhythmic and modular elements used in the ceiling design are one of the key factors defining the architectural character of the hall; while the lighting scenarios aimed to transform the space into different atmospheres for different events.
Spatial Design Suitable for Congresses, Conferences and Corporate Events
One of the key features of the project was that the halls were not designed for just a single use.
A flexible interior design concept was developed, considering different usage scenarios ranging from conferences and galas to dinner events, corporate meetings, and large-scale gatherings.
The aim was to adapt the capacity and usage of spaces to organizational needs through movable partition systems and different seating arrangements. Thus, the convention center was transformed into a multi-purpose structure capable of accommodating not only large-scale events but also activities of varying scales.
Corporate Identity and Interior Design
TİM's corporate identity was addressed in the project not only through logo and graphic applications, but also in a way that would integrate with the overall design language of the space.
The large-scale digital screens in the main hall, the stage design, the directional elements, the special lighting, and the architectural surfaces were all considered together to create a powerful and prestigious corporate event space.
In terms of materials and colors, surfaces were chosen that balance the large scale of the space while giving the user a feeling of warmth and comfort.
Technology, Lighting and Stage Design
Today, a modern convention center is not just an architectural structure, but also a professional event platform with a strong technological infrastructure.
Therefore, in the TİM Congress Center concept, stage lighting, large-format LED screens, sound systems, digital content areas, and lighting scenarios adaptable to different events were considered as part of the architectural design.
The integration and orderly arrangement of technical equipment within the architecture ensures that the hall maintains a strong architectural identity, both during events and when not in use.
